Product Warranty

All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date.

Each piece of Solvar is a testament to our commitment to quality. Individually designed and crafted to the highest standard using centuries-old craftsmanship skills, we use only the finest gold and sterling silver. All our jewellery is Irish hallmarked by the Dublin Assay Office, a mark of its exceptional quality.

This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear from regular use.

To make a warranty claim, you must have purchased your Solvar jewellery through our website and provide proof of purchase.

How to make a claim

Please email our Customer Support Team info@solvar.com with your order details and a description of the fault. Photos are also very helpful.
