Returns Policy Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our Returns Policy:

• Earrings due to hygiene reasons;
• Made-to-order items;
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging;
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to return an item

1. Contact us by using Contact Us Form or email at info@solvar.com;
2. Include your order number (this is found on your order confirmation);
3. Receive instructions on how to ship your return;
4. Download your Returns Form.

Additional Information:

• The cost of shipping a return is not included.
• We do not take responsibility for lost products.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the product back.
• The return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Quality Warranty

• All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date.
