Order Returns & Cancellations
Please note that this guidance relates to items purchased directly on Solvar.com. We only accept returns for items purchased directly through our website. For items purchased in-store or online from one of our third-party stockists, please refer to their respective terms and conditions.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? All unfulfilled products are eligible for cancellation without exception.
You can cancel any unfulfilled item in your order at any time before it's dispatched - directly from your account, without needing to contact us.
To submit a cancellation request
- Go to Your Account and enter the email address you used to place your order
- Navigate to Orders and select the relevant order
- Click Cancel Items and follow the on-screen instructions
Please note that once an item has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In that case, please refer to our Returns policy below.
Returns / EU Withdrawal of Contract
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery. Return requests can be submitted directly through your account.
Return shipping is covered by Solvar Jewellery at no cost to you.
To submit a return request
- Go to Your Account and enter the email address you used to place your order
- Navigate to Orders and select the relevant order
- Click Return Items and follow the on-screen instructions
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Show no visible signs of wear or use
- Be returned in their original packaging
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Made-to-order items
- Engraved or otherwise personalised/modified items
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will be in touch with further instructions.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the product back. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable for non-EU countries.
Product Warranty
All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Learn more about our Product Warranty.
