Returns Policy Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our Returns Policy:
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons;
- Made-to-order items;
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging;
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to return an item
- Contact us by using Contact Us Form or email info@solvar.com;
- Include your order number in your email (found on your order confirmation);
- We'll send you a prepaid returns label and full instructions.
Additional Information:
- Returns are free - we'll cover the cost of return shipping;
- Please ensure items are securely packaged; we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the product back;
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Quality Warranty
- All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Learn more about our Product Warranty.
