I wanted a present for my son’s 21st. A Celtic cross fitted the bill. Without being in a shop it’s difficult to envisage the size of a piece of jewellery. Although the Connemara marble one we were looking at seemed like a good fit I needed to know whether it was suitable for a young male. There was no model photo available but I received the dimensions of the cross itself. My main in concern was whether the chain was suitable for a young man and I tired to get some advice on this point; though I didn’t receive any. When the piece arrived my first impression was the chain was too fine; and my partner said the same when she saw it. It was too close to his birthday to do anything so we gave it to him. He likes it and was wearing it happily enough but I’d have been happier with a more masculine chain. I’m not a jewellery expert but I don’t think I’m wrong in thinking that some chains fit male or female form better. For an item in this price range I was disappointed that no such advice was forthcoming.

Two negative issues i experienced. First, there was a 20% off flash sale on the very item I ordered the next morning. I reached out through two paths to seek the discount. My request was coldly rejected. Secondly, the shipment arrived to Fed Ex customs in a day, but was held there for over a week before they would release it. I had to get personally involved for them to release the shipment. Overall I think your communication and follow up could improve to ensure Complete customer satisfaction.

I am very pleased with my silver History Of Ireland brooch. It is absolutely beautiful, and looks even better in real life............It's photograph on the web-site doesn't do it justice. And I was even more pleasantly surprised, when I found it had a loop attached on the back, which means the brooch can be turned into a pendant, and worn around the neck. Thank you.
